Returns & Exchanges

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.

To start a return, you can contact us at kernel.activewear@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Make sure to email us the tracking number once it’s shipped. (Please note, we are not responsible for any lost returns.)

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards or freebies, except for quality problem.

*Swimwear, which is a kind of intimates, cannot be returned or exchanged considering of hygienic problems, except for quality problem.

 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

Shipping Costs

Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred, except for the quality of our products, the package lost or damaged, etc.

If it is the case that you don't want the item you bought or you choose the wrong item, you will be responsible for the shipping fee occurred. So please double check the product information, especially the size chart before purchase. We really appreciate your patience. 

(Please note, for customs duty collected upon delivery, the amount will be subtracted from the final refunds.)

 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
