Orders & Shipping

Currently we provide two types of payment: PayPal and Credit Card.

You will receive a confirmation email after you make a purchase. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. You can also go to your account page to check order status.

Absolutely! it is safe to shop on kernelactive.com. All your personal information and credit card will be encrypted.

Before confirming the transaction, our payment department will check whether there is a fraud in each transaction to ensure your safety.

Shipping: All products are shipped via SF-Express.

For Hong Kong, Macao & Taiwan: Free shipping is available for orders over HKD399 (after discount code usage). 

International shipping to other regions will be open soon!

Processing time for in-stock items typically takes between 1-3 business days, whereas processing time for pre-order items takes around 7-21 business days. By default, your order will only be shipped after the stocks have arrived.

Please contact customer service immediately to change your address before the shipment. Once the items are shipped, the address cannot be changed.

Returns & Exchanges

To cancel or change the order, please contact our customer service as soon as possible. If the product has been shipped or you have received a shipping confirmation email, the order status cannot be modified.

(1) We have a 14-day return policy, which means you could request a return within 14 days upon reception.

(2) Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Please note: we do not accept returns on sale items, freebies, gift cards or swimwear.

To start a return, you can contact us via Instagram @kernel.active or email at kernel.activewear@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Make sure to email us the tracking number once it’s shipped.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 7 business days. You will be notified via email once the refund has been issued. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Please note that we will not refund the shipping costs and/or any duties and taxes incurred, except for the quality of our products, the package lost or damaged, etc.

If it is the case that you don't want the item you bought or you choose the wrong item, you will be responsible for the shipping fee occurred. So please double check the product information, especially the size chart before purchase. We really appreciate your patience. 

Please note, for customs duty collected upon delivery, the amount will be subtracted from the final refunds.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
